We are looking for an experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our dedicated Technical Asset Performance DK team. Based at our office in Hobro, you will be a central link between operations, projects and technical specialists.

Your role

You will play a key role in the performance, reliability and continuous optimization of our portfolio, taking ownership of complex technical topics and driving them from identification to resolution. You will work across Wind, BESS, PV and HV, with responsibilities ranging from daily operations to long-term optimization.

• End-to-end technical asset management, from infrastructure to component level
• Troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident handling
• Planning and coordinating major maintenance activities and shutdowns
• Commissioning and integration of new parks and turbines
• Analyzing operational data and developing monitoring and performance platforms
• Collaboration with the surveillance team, service providers and contractors
• Technical reporting and sparring for internal and external stakeholders, including investor clarifications

Required competencies and skills

You have a solid technical background, preferably from renewable energy and asset management. You work in a structured, analytical way and balance technical excellence with an understanding of the commercial impact of your decisions.

• A technical education
• Experience within asset management
• Experience within several of Wind, BESS, PV and HV is an advantage
• A hands-on mindset and a strong technical toolbox
• Ability to work autonomously and drive tasks end-to-end
• Proficient English and flexibility to travel to sites a few times a year
• Driver's license (B); full GWO package is an advantage
