Business analyst (senior) - Corporate actions

You will join our Corporate Actions team. The team works with requirements and customer-facing activities related to corporate actions. The Business analyst role offers hands-on work with customer incidents, refinement of tasks and requirements, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing with customers. Your direct manager will be Ali Razvi.

Primary tasks and responsibilities include:

Respond to and follow up on incidents reported by customers.
Analyze and drive refinement of requirements related to Corporate Actions
Perform business gap & impact analysis and process mappings.
Support quality assurance of the team’s solutions.
Plan and conduct internal testing & user acceptance testing (UAT) with customers.

To succeed you will have:

A structured approach and an interest in working with documentation, notes, and detailed processes.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with investments and markets.
Danish language skills.
Experience with ISO15022 & ISO 20022 protocols.

It's nice-to-have:

Experience with corporate actions and corporate actions event lifecycle.
