Warehouse & Inventory Controller

Copenhagen Group A/S

Warehouse & Inventory Controller
Take full responsibility for warehouse operations, inventory management and stock accuracy in an international project organisation.

Copenhagen Global A/S is part of Copenhagen Group, a Danish project-driven organisation with a strong international profile. We tender for and manage complex projects for international organisations and national authorities, operating across different markets and in close cooperation with specialised partners.

Our activities place high demands on structured warehouse operations, accurate inventory management and reliable stock control. To support this, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Controller to take full responsibility for Copenhagen Global's warehouse, working closely with colleagues to ensure that all goods, equipment and materials are properly registered, stored and managed.

Your Responsibilities

You will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Copenhagen Global's warehouse, ensuring accurate stock records and effective inventory control.

Your responsibilities will include registering incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that all materials and equipment are correctly identified, stored and accounted for. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the warehouse management system, ensuring that physical stock levels match recorded inventory.

You will also plan and conduct regular stocktakes, identify and resolve discrepancies, and maintain clear procedures for stock handling, storage and inventory control, ensuring that all inventory records are continuously updated and accurately maintained in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

In addition, you will coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, support logistical requirements across Copenhagen Global's projects and work closely with colleagues in procurement, project management and other relevant functions.

You will take ownership of maintaining a well-organised, safe and efficient warehouse, ensuring that materials and equipment are accessible, traceable and handled in accordance with established procedures.

The role requires a high degree of independence, accountability and attention to detail.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with previous experience in warehouse management, including direct responsibility for inventory control and goods registration.

You have practical experience with warehouse management or inventory systems and understand the importance of accurate registration, stock reconciliation and traceability. You are confident working with digital systems and maintaining structured, reliable inventory records.

You are highly detail-oriented, systematic and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to maintain an overview of a wide range of materials, equipment and ongoing activities.

You are proactive in identifying discrepancies and improving procedures, and you take pride in maintaining an organised warehouse where stock levels and the location of goods can be accounted for at all times.

You are comfortable working independently, prioritising tasks and coordinating with colleagues across different functions. You communicate effectively in Danish and English.

Relevant experience in logistics or project-driven warehouse operations, preferably involving the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, will be considered an advantage.
