As Senior Revenue Manager at Bellagroup, you’ll take the experienced role in driving revenue performance across Copenhagen Marriott Hotel, AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen and Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers. Combining strong commercial insight with advanced revenue management expertise, you’ll turn data into action and influence decisions across both strategy and daily business.

Your role

You will join a close-knit revenue team and take senior ownership of revenue performance across our hotel portfolio, acting as a trusted commercial sparring partner and a vital bridge across the wider organization.

Your role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and you will play a key part in translating market insights and performance data into commercial priorities and actions.

Your tasks will include:

• Leading price and inventory management
• Monitoring competitor pricing and market trends
• Developing and implementing long-term revenue management strategies
• Strengthening cross-team alignment and promoting a performance-driven culture

• Strong analytical and numerical skills combined with sharp business instinct
• The ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• A data-focused educational background - perhaps within Economics, Finance, Statistics, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, as English is our corporate language
• Solid experience within revenue management, ideally from the hospitality industry, with a proven ability to translate data and market insights into commercial decisions
