Creative Partnerships & Social Intern
GUBI
GUBI is a modern design company offering a wide variety of luxury furniture, lighting, and interior objects for both residential and commercial settings. With a strong global presence, GUBI’s headquarters and showroom are located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Do you have a good eye for design, interiors and photography, and an interest in how a design house collaborates with creative voices? As GUBI’s Creative Partnerships & Social Intern, you’ll help build two new programmes from the start. One is a creative partnerships programme with photographers, stylists, writers and storytellers whose perspective brings something new to the conversation around design. The other is an affiliate programme with creators across Europe. You’ll work closely with the programme lead and collaborate with colleagues across Marketing and E-commerce, helping keep collaborations running smoothly from first contact to published content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support outreach to new creators and partners and help onboard them into the affiliate programme, including preparing agreements and briefs.
- Coordinate gifting and product seeding, from approval through stock checks, shipping and follow-up.
- Support the content calendar and our social channels, and bring your own ideas to the table.
- Help create briefs for creative collaborations and attend shoots when they take place in Copenhagen.
- Maintain an overview of product shipments, content received and partnership deliverables.
- Support the preparation of monthly reports on reach, engagement and affiliate sales.
- Support other social and partnership projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A good eye for design, interiors and photography, with solid design knowledge and references.
- You follow creators and design media, and can identify content and potential partners relevant to GUBI.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic performance data.
- Experience with Notion, Figma and social platforms is an advantage.
- Video editing or graphic design skills are a bonus, but not required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent written and spoken English.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Organised and very detail-oriented, with a structured approach to tasks.
Proactive in following up to keep collaborations moving, and willing to ask questions along the way.
Comfortable managing several tasks at once and adapting when priorities change.
Curious, open-minded and collaborative.
