Student Assistant - HR, Legal & Corporate Affairs

WALLHACK

About Wallhack

Wallhack is a fast-growing Danish gaming peripherals company headquartered in Copenhagen. We develop and produce premium gaming equipment sold to customers worldwide, with subsidiaries in China, Brazil, and the United States.

To support our next phase of growth, we are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Student Assistant to help build and develop our HR and Legal functions.

This is not a traditional student position where you simply maintain existing processes. You will play an active role in establishing the foundations of our HR and Legal operations, from employment contracts and internal policies to international supplier agreements, intellectual property rights, and corporate administration.

You will work directly with our CFO, taking ownership of important processes and helping ensure that our internal structure keeps pace with our international growth.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration & Employment Contracts

  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts for employees in Denmark.
  • Draft and manage amendments to employment contracts, including salary adjustments, changes in job titles, responsibilities, working hours, and other employment conditions.
  • Ensure employment documentation is accurate, updated, and properly organized.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including relevant documentation and administrative procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with Danish employment regulations and internal HR policies.

HR Structure & Process Development

  • Help establish and develop Wallhack's internal HR function, including processes, templates, and administrative procedures.
  • Create and maintain a centralized, structured, and secure HR data room for employment contracts, amendments, and other employee-related documentation.
  • Develop standardized HR templates and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure appropriate handling of confidential information in accordance with GDPR.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR-related administrative processes.

Contracts, Legal & Corporate Administration

  • Assist in reviewing, organizing, and maintaining commercial agreements with international suppliers, manufacturers, and business partners.
  • Support the administration and documentation of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, designs, licensing agreements, and other IP-related matters.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized contract data room covering supplier agreements, commercial contracts, IP documentation, and other corporate agreements.
  • Monitor contractual obligations, expiration dates, renewal deadlines, and other important milestones.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining an overview of the company's insurance policies, coverage, renewals, and related agreements.
  • Support the preparation and administration of corporate and legal documentation in collaboration with management and external legal advisers.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and improve contract management and internal administrative processes.

People Operations & Development

  • Assist in developing internal HR policies, employee handbooks, and onboarding materials.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and internal processes.
  • Contribute to building a professional and scalable People Operations setup as Wallhack continues to expand.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc HR, legal administration, and corporate tasks.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, Business Law, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Interest in Danish employment law, HR administration, commercial contracts, and intellectual property rights.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Previous experience with HR administration, employment contracts, legal documentation, or contract management is an advantage, but not required.

You Are

  • Structured and detail-oriented: You enjoy creating order, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that things are done correctly.
  • Independent and responsible: You are comfortable taking ownership of tasks and following them through to completion.
  • Curious and ambitious: You are eager to learn, challenge existing processes, and develop professionally.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented: You identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
  • Open-minded and adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
  • Trustworthy and professional: You understand the importance of confidentiality when working with employee and company information.

What We Offer

At Wallhack, you will become part of an ambitious, international organization with an informal and flexible working environment.

Unlike many traditional student positions, this role offers the opportunity to take real ownership and contribute to building important business functions from the ground up.

You will work directly with our CFO, gaining valuable insight into how a growing international business operates while developing practical experience in HR, employment administration, international contracts, intellectual property, and corporate operations.

We encourage new ideas, initiative, and curiosity, and you will have the opportunity to influence both your responsibilities and your professional development.

We Offer

  • 15–20 working hours per week, with flexibility around your studies and the possibility of additional hours.
  • Significant responsibility and ownership from day one.
  • Direct collaboration with senior management.
  • The opportunity to build and develop HR and contract management processes rather than simply maintain existing ones.
  • A flexible, informal, and international working environment.
  • Strong opportunities for personal and professional development.
