- Develop and maintain Mainframe solutions supporting the Securities Trading area.
- Analyze existing solutions and translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
- Work with COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, and MQ in the IBM z/OS environment.
- Participate in development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Contribute to regulatory and mandatory deliveries affecting Securities Trading.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, architects, QA, and other development teams.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high standards for software quality and maintainability.
- Contribute to technical documentation and systematic knowledge sharing.
- Support knowledge transfer and help build stronger Mainframe competence and backup within the team.
- Participate actively in Agile events and break larger requirements into actionable development activities.
- A curious mind with an open nature and a desire to knowledge-share with others.
- Experience with modern development practices including version control and code review.
- Ability to analyze complex existing Mainframe applications and understand dependencies between systems.
- Strong experience developing solutions on IBM z/OS.
- Solid COBOL programming skills.
- Experience with CICS.
- Experience working with DB2.
- Good understanding of JCL.
- Experience with MQ / Message Queue.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
