Supply Chain Project Manager
Novo Nordisk
As Supply Chain Project Manager, you will step straight into live initiatives where supply chain, IT, data and regulatory requirements meet. You will drive regulatory, logistics and master data projects with global reach, turning complex requirements into clear decisions and timely delivery. Your work will help digitalise and strengthen end-to-end supply chain processes, so the treatments people rely on keep moving through a setup that is compliant, connected and ready for what comes next.
We are hiring two Project Managers, one for each of our two teams.
What You’ll Bring
You bring a hands-on approach, structure and strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
We Are Looking For
- Hands-on supply chain experience in logistics processes or master data. Practical experience matters more to us than theoretical knowledge.
- Project management experience, ideally 5+ years. Pharma experience is not required.
- The ability to work with IT systems, or to learn the basics quickly, with an understanding of logistics processes and/or master data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make complex topics simple.
- A proactive mindset. You are comfortable questioning assumptions and bringing structure to ambiguous tasks.
- Experience with Serialisation or UDI (Unique Device Identification).
- Experience with warehouse management.
- Exposure to regulatory compliance projects.
You will join ongoing work and help the team move high-impact deliverables forward with global stakeholders.
You Will
- Drive and deliver supply chain and regulatory implementation projects, keeping work aligned and on time.
- Lead third-party logistics (3PL) implementations within Novo’s logistics setup, from building the business case to running Steering Committees and facilitating decisions.
- Translate technical and process-heavy information into clear messages that support structured decision-making.
- Support master data activities across logistics, product and outbound flows, making sure the right data is understood and implemented correctly.
- Work closely with IT on integrations, system requirements and data-related tasks.
- Coordinate stakeholders globally, creating clarity on what is “need to have” versus “nice to have” and enabling smooth end-to-end process flows.
You will join either the Serialisation & UDI team or the Improvement & Implementations team within Global Logistic and Distribution. Each team has 10+ colleagues, known for being helpful and fun to work with, and works across global supply chain functions, affiliates, external warehouses and production sites.
The teams are based in Høje-Taastrup and work closely with IT colleagues in Ballerup. Together, you will connect business needs, system requirements and data, helping partners agree on priorities and move projects from analysis to implementation.
What You Can Expect Here
You will work across supply chain, IT and regulatory topics, which gives you a broad view of how logistics and data connect across the value chain. You will build new skills on the job alongside experienced colleagues, and you will be trusted to take ownership, make your voice heard and bring structure where it is needed.
The work moves at pace and has global reach. You will be part of a team that values clarity, collaboration and practical progress.
