At Dencrypt - a Terma Company, we develop user-friendly and secure encryption solutions used by defence and governments globally. Our core product, Connex, protects sensitive conversations and messages across mobile- and desktop platforms. We are experiencing high demand and growth and are looking for two new app developers to strengthen our client team.
Your role as part of the team
In the short term, your primary focus will be raising the level of automated testing across all our platforms. Over time, you will become an integrated part of the broader development team.

How you will make a meaningful contribution
In this role, you will contribute to a range of tasks across your area of responsibility. Your key responsibilities include:
- Automated Testing: You will write platform tests and further develop our existing test framework to make writing and executing automated tests easier and faster
- Feature Development & Optimization: You will help design and implement new features in Connex for iOS, Android, and desktop
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: You will assist in identifying, isolating, and fixing bugs to ensure a stable and secure user experience
We do not expect you to master every platform and technology from day one. The most important thing is your willingness to learn and build solid software. Whether you are a recent graduate with a passion for clean code or have a few years of experience, you will play a key role in strengthening the stability and quality of our applications. It is an advantage if you have work experience with one or more of the core technologies which we use:
- Mobile: Android (Kotlin) & iOS (Swift / Objective-C)
- Desktop: C++ / Qt (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Testing & Automation: Appium & TypeScript
- CI/CD & Version Control: Jenkins, Git & Bitbucket
As we are an international organization, it is important that you are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level.
