We are looking for two CBS students or equivalent who want exposure to how an international biotech company runs operationally. We have two open positions with distinct focus areas, but both roles share a core responsibility for our day-to-day office environment. The Roles

Both positions center on operational support and coordination for our Danish office in Frederiksberg. You will work closely with local business functions while gaining insight into how a growth-phase company operates.

Shared Responsibility: Office Operations & Collaboration

A Major Part Of Both Positions Is Ensuring a Professional, Well-functioning, And Welcoming Office. The Two Student Assistants Will Collaborate Closely To Divide And Cover Weekly Tasks, Ensuring Smooth Day-to-day Operations At The Copenhagen Site

  • Joint responsibility for day-to-day office management and maintaining a clean, structured, and inviting work environment.
  • Coordinate practical onboarding logistics and maintain materials for new employees at the Danish office.
  • Support expense workflows, administrative processes, and internal documentation.

Position 1: Project & Operations Focus

Suited for someone who is detail-oriented, structured, and takes full responsibility for seeing tasks through.

  • Support planning, tracking, and follow-up on internal projects and operational initiatives.
  • Maintain project timelines, task lists, and status overviews for local activities.
  • Develop and maintain internal guidelines, process documentation, and operational workflows.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across local functions.

Position 2: Events & Coordination Focus

Suited for someone who takes initiative, enjoys bringing people together, and takes ownership from idea to execution.

  • Plan and coordinate internal events, social activities, and visits to the Copenhagen office.
  • Propose and improve event formats, team-building activities, and internal initiatives.
  • Structure timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure flawless execution on the day.
  • Maintain presentation materials, organizational charts, and internal communication updates.

Who You Are

We expect you to be currently studying at CBS or an equivalent level, and that you:

  • Communicate professionally in Danish and English.
  • Are IT savvy and comfortable learning/navigating digital systems, with strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Show high initiation and take pride in taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
  • Have an eye for detail and a keen eye for keeping the office clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, international work environment.

For Position 1 (Project & Operations), we are especially looking for an analytical and structured mindset.

For Position 2 (Events & Coordination), we are looking for someone who excels at logistics, social coordination, and creative event planning.
