About The Team
As Head of Security Architecture, you will lead and evolve Novonesis’ security architecture capability across enterprise IT and operational technology environments. You will connect business priorities, technology strategy, operational resilience, and cyber security objectives, ensuring that security is embedded from design through operation. Together with security architects and stakeholders across the business, you will establish practical standards and guardrails that enable secure innovation, digital transformation, and long-term growth.
Your role:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Security Architecture team, building a culture of trust, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Define and maintain the enterprise-wide security architecture vision, principles, standards, patterns, and strategic direction.
- Embed secure-by-design practices across project and product lifecycles through architecture reviews, threat modelling, and security design assessments.
- Establish coherent security architecture practices across IT and OT/manufacturing environments, supporting resilience and production stability.
- Guide secure adoption of cloud platforms, identity services, AI solutions, data platforms, and other emerging enterprise technologies.
- Translate cyber risks into practical architectural requirements and influence strategic decisions on technology risk, transformation, investments, and M&A.
- Proven leadership experience within security architecture, cyber security, enterprise architecture, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong expertise in enterprise security architecture principles, standards, governance, and secure-by-design practices.
- Experience designing security across both enterprise IT and OT or manufacturing environments.
- Solid understanding of cloud, identity, data, AI, infrastructure, and emerging technology security.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex cyber risks into pragmatic, measurable, and business-aligned architectural decisions.
- Excellent people leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in a complex global organization.
