Your new role
As a GMP Supporter, you will play a key role in maintaining high cGMP standards within tablet production. You will act as a quality and process partner to manufacturing, ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance. At the same time, you will contribute to continuous improvement and support the introduction of new products that bring tangible value to patients worldwide.
Day-to-day, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Being present and handling issues on the shopfloor
- Ensuring manufacturing processes are executed in a standardised, cGMP-compliant manner
- Handling deviations and change controls related to processes and equipment, driving them to timely and robust resolution
- Supporting new product launches through input on process, production, qualification, and facility readiness
- Preparing, reviewing, and approving SOPs, job instructions, protocols, and reports
- Participating in cross-functional projects focused on optimisation, digitalisation, and implementation of new systems

Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with colleagues across production, quality, and project teams to strengthen current ways of working while preparing for the technologies and products of tomorrow.
Your Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for a structured and quality-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift and learning is continuous.
To Succeed In The Role, You Likely Bring
- A bachelor's or master's degree within Natural Sciences
- 2–3 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within a GMP-regulated environment
- A solid understanding of daily operations in a GMP setting and a strong sense of ownership for quality and compliance
- Experience with deviations, change control, SOPs, and inspection readiness (considered an advantage)
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams, combined with fluency in English

What We Offer
Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200 DKK - 838,100 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
