At Mover, we’re looking for an engaged and energetic Junior Operations Specialist who will help create fantastic customer experiences and optimize our processes. This is a position where your personality, work ethic, and eagerness to learn matter more than your experience. As a Junior Operations Specialist, you’ll become an important part of our team and a key player in our daily operations - working closely with customers, contractors, and colleagues, and gaining experience across customer service, problem-solving, and process optimization.

As a Junior Operations Specialist you will:
- Help customers and contractors with fast, professional solutions via chat, email, and phone
- Identify and resolve challenges to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations
- Contribute to improving work processes and increasing efficiency
- Be part of the daily operations and coordination of tasks
