What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the General Manager, Denmark, you will take ownership of the relationships with a defined portfolio of Mindworking’s largest and strategically most important customers. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our customers experience Mindworking as a trusted, proactive and long-term strategic partner – one that understands their business, anticipates their needs and consistently delivers value. By building strong relationships across the customer organisation and developing a deep

understanding of their strategy, priorities and challenges, you will protect and strengthen our existing partnerships. From that position, you will naturally identify opportunities to expand the relationship and create additional value for both the customer and Mindworking.

As a senior individual contributor, you will work independently within agreed commercial frameworks, using judgement to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder customer relationships and commercial discussions, resolve account challenges and influence cross-functional colleagues without formal authority.

You’ll be involved in:

Customer retention and advocacy: Take ownership of the health and strength of your assigned customer relationships, ensuring customers experience Mindworking as a proactive, responsive and valuable strategic partner. Identify risks early and coordinate the right actions across Mindworking to address them.

Account planning: Develop and maintain clear account plans covering key stakeholders, customer priorities, business challenges, risks and opportunities, ensuring we are proactive in how we manage and develop each strategic customer relationship.

Strategic partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders, positioning Mindworking and Reapit as trusted advisers and long-term strategic partners.

Growth and development: Understand each customer’s business, strategy and challenges, and identify opportunities where Mindworking’s products, services and expertise can create additional value. Lead relevant commercial opportunities from identification through to agreement and successful adoption.

Retention and renewal: Lead renewal planning and commercial negotiations, proactively identifying and addressing risks and ensuring that customers continue to recognise the value of their partnership with Mindworking.

Commercial management: Own the day-to-day commercial relationship, exercise judgement within agreed pricing and contracting parameters, andescalate material risks or exceptions appropriately to maximise customer lifetime value.

Complex problem-solving: Navigate non-standard customer needs, competing priorities and multiple dependencies, coordinating practical solutions that balance customer outcomes with commercial and operational requirements.

Cross-functional collaboration: Influence Product, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Finance and Sales colleagues to align priorities and deliver a cohesive customer experience, without direct people-management responsibility.

Market insight: Stay attuned to Danish real estate and Prop Tech trends, competitor activity and customer challenges, feeding relevant insight into account strategy, product feedback and Mindworking’s value proposition.

Customer and commercial visibility: Maintain a clear overview of customer relationship health, upcoming renewals, commercial opportunities and key risks, ensuring relevant information, commitments and actions are visible and followed through.

External representation: Represent Mindworking professionally in customer meetings, on client sites and, where appropriate, at industry events or conferences.

As a result, our enterprise customers will experience Mindworking as a trusted and valued strategic partner, with strong relationships, high retention and a clear understanding of the value we create for their business. These strong partnerships will provide the foundation for sustainable commercial growth and expansion.

Who we’re looking for

At Mindworking and Reapit, we prioritise hiring people who share our values and demonstrate the attitudes and behaviours needed for success. While some requirements are important, we would still like to hear from you if you do not meet every point.

• Proven experience in strategic account management, key account management, customer development or a similar commercial customer-facing role within technology, SaaS or another complex B2B environment. Experience working with large or strategically important customers is more important than a specific number of years in a particular role.

• A strong track record of developing and managing long-term relationships with large, complex or multi-stakeholder customers, with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention and commercial development.

• Practical and conceptual knowledge of commercial account management, applied independently to deliver results and contribute guidance or insight to colleagues.

• Commercial acumen and experience supporting or leading complex pricing, renewal and contract negotiations within defined approval frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-dimensional customer problems involving competing priorities, stakeholders and dependencies.

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working across functions to deliver shared customer and business outcomes.

• A consultative and commercially minded approach, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into relevant solutions and business opportunities.

• Demonstrable conflict-resolution skills and the judgement to resolve issues independently or escalate when appropriate.

• Confidence presenting internally and externally, including at customer sites and relevant industry events.

• Fluent Danish and English, both written and spoken.

• Experience from property, PropTech, financial services, CRM or another industry with complex, long-term B2B customer relationships would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Overall, you will bring the expertise, autonomy and influence to manage enterprise relationships as a senior individual contributor, while remaining aligned to Mindworking’s commercial strategy, governance and leadership direction.
