Product Owner – Shape the Software Behind Exceptional Sound
Join Pascal and help define the software powering world-class professional audio solutions. As Product Owner, you'll bridge business needs, customer value, and engineering excellence by ensuring our development teams build the right products at the right time.
You'll become a central part of our Software department in Herlev, working closely with developers, stakeholders, and leadership to shape the product roadmap and drive product decisions. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a company transitioning from a start-up mindset to a more mature scale-up organization.
What You'll Do
Own and prioritize the software product backlog to maximize customer and business value
Translate business needs, customer feedback, and market requirements into clear user stories and functional requirements
Collaborate closely with software developers to define priorities, scope, and delivery plans
Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning in an agile development environment
Balance short-term deliveries with long-term product strategy and roadmap planning
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and product direction
Continuously improve product development processes and ways of working
Help strengthen product management practices as Pascal continues its scale-up journey
What You Bring
Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a software or technical development environment
Proven experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs
Experience translating business requirements and customer needs into actionable user stories and product requirements
Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar
Strong technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with software development teams
Understanding of DevOps principles and continuous development and integration
Excellent communication skills in English
It's a Plus If You Also Bring
Experience from the professional audio industry
Experience working with hardware/software products or embedded systems
Experience from B2B companies developing technically complex products
Experience with product roadmap planning and stakeholder management
Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar product management tools
Danish language skills
