Accountant /Finance Assistant

As our new colleague, you will become part of a department of 23 dedicated colleagues and play an important role in supporting the future growth of the organization.
Responsibilities And Tasks
You will become part of our Expense team with seven colleagues. As a finance assistant you will have your own areas of responsibility, but you will also be part of a culture where we help each other.
Your Tasks Will Include
- Recording invoices
- Handling of travel expense claims submitted via app and private outlays
- Handling incoming inquiries via email and telephone
- Reconciliation of account statement and contributing to the monthly closing
- Process intercompany costs
- And, of course, assist with ad hoc tasks in Finance
You are open-minded, positive, and enjoy getting involved in a variety of tasks. You like creating structure and an overview, even when things move quickly.
You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, while also being a team player who is happy to lend a hand when needed. You are curious, approachable, and helpful by nature, and you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where collaboration and getting things done go hand in hand, also across functions and countries.
In Addition, We Expect You To
- Have some years of experience with bookkeeping
- Communicate fluently in English and/or Danish, both verbally and in writing
- Are familiar with Excel
- Have experience with Microsoft Navision / Business Central and Continia products, such as Document Capture and Expense Management
- Can communicate in other languages spoken in the markets where NORMAL operates
