En typisk arbejdsdag som Field Service Engineer:
- Du vil i din gulplade servicebil køre til vores kunder, hovedsageligt i Region Hovedstaden og Region Sjælland.
- Din arbejdsdag vil normalt starte og slutte på din hjemmeadresse.
- Du vil udføre forebyggende vedligehold på vores proces samt lab. instrumenter.
- Du vil udføre dokumentation i form af servicerapporter, lukning af opgaver, samt bestilling af reservedele på vores CRM-værktøj ServiceMax via iPad og PC.
- Du vil være i kontakt med kollegaer fra salgsteamet, hvor du kommer med anbefalinger til servicekontrakter, instrumentering og nye projekter.
- Erfaring med elektricitet og/eller kemi er en fordel. Du kan have en baggrund som elektriker, finmekaniker, laboratorietekniker.
- Rejseaktivitet op til 20 dage årligt må forventes.
- Kørekort til almindelig personbil (kategori B)
- Ideelt bosiddende i eller omkring Storkøbenhavn.
- Dansk talende på flydende niveau.
- Engelsk på brugerniveau.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will join a team of eight technicians responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our customers' analytical systems. You will become a trusted partner to our customers, making strong communication skills and credibility essential to the role.
Following your training, you will be responsible for:
- Commissioning new instrumentation.
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
- Performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal analytical performance.
A Typical Day as a Field Service Engineer
- You will drive a company service van to customer sites, primarily in the Capital Region of Denmark (Region Hovedstaden) and Zealand Region (Region Sjælland).
- Your workday will typically begin and end at your home address.
- You will perform preventive maintenance on both process and laboratory instruments.
- You will document your work through service reports, task completion records, and spare parts orders using our CRM tool, ServiceMax, via iPad and PC.
- You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the sales team, providing recommendations regarding service contracts, instrumentation, and new projects.
- Experience with electrical systems and/or chemistry is an advantage.
- Relevant backgrounds may include electrician, precision mechanic, laboratory technician, or similar technical professions.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 20 days per year.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Ideally based in or around the Greater Copenhagen area.
- Fluent Danish language skills.
- Working knowledge of English.
