Product Marketing Manager

Supplios

About Supplios

Manufacturers live or die by their supply base. Sourcing the wrong supplier, onboarding one slowly, failing to qualify one properly or losing track of a non-conformance can stop a production line and cost millions. Yet most manufacturers still run these relationships across email chains, spreadsheets and shared drives.

Supplios is a supplier collaboration platform for manufacturers in automotive and industrial sectors. We cover the full supplier relationship: sourcing, onboarding, qualification, day-to-day collaboration, compliance and supplier quality — with a modern cloud based platform that is easy for manufacturers to implement and operate. It is built specifically for the way automotive and industrial manufacturers actually work.

We are headquartered in central Copenhagen and already serve customers globally in our vertical, including some of the most demanding names in automotive. We have grown to this point almost entirely on product strength, domain credibility and word of mouth. We have done very little marketing.

That is where you come in.

The role

This is our first marketing hire.

You will own positioning, messaging and sales enablement for a platform that already has real customers, real reference stories and real competitive wins — but no one whose job it is to articulate any of it. There is no existing playbook to inherit, no legacy brand guidelines to work around, and no committee to navigate. There is a large amount of low-hanging fruit and a clear runway to make a visible commercial impact within your first few months.

You will work directly and closely with our co-founder and CEO, who continues to run product. He knows the product and the domain deeply; what he needs is a strong product marketing partner to turn that into sharp positioning, messaging that lands with procurement, quality and operations buyers, and material that makes the sales conversation easier.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will be writing the copy, building the deck and updating the website — not briefing an agency to do it.

We work together from our office in central Copenhagen. This is primarily an in-office role: at this stage, and in this role in particular, the close working relationship with management & sales is much easier to build in person.

What you will do

  • Own positioning and messaging for the Supplios platform and its individual modules, and make it consistent across every touchpoint
  • Translate technical capability into buyer-relevant value for distinct personas — sourcing and procurement leads, supplier quality engineers, quality directors, supply chain and operations management
  • Build the sales enablement layer: pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives, proposal content and objection handling
  • Run competitive and market intelligence, and keep the team honest about where we genuinely win and where we do not
  • Plan and execute go-to-market for new modules and major releases, in step with the product roadmap
  • Develop customer proof — case studies, reference stories and use cases — from an installed base that has plenty to say
  • Rebuild our website messaging and product pages so they reflect what we actually do and who we do it for
  • Feed structured market and customer insight back into product decisions

What we are looking for

Essential

  • Proven product marketing experience in B2B or enterprise software, with responsibility for positioning, messaging and sales enablement
  • A demonstrable track record of translating complex, technical products into clear commercial value propositions
  • Excellent written English
  • Comfort operating without a marketing team, an established playbook or a large budget — you scope the work, then do it
  • The temperament for a small, senior, fast-moving company: high ownership, low ceremony

Nice to have

  • Domain knowledge in automotive, industrial manufacturing or supply chain. Genuinely a plus, not a requirement. We can teach the domain to the right marketer; we cannot teach product marketing to a domain expert.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise buyers with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Experience as an early marketing hire at a growing B2B software company

Language

  • English is the only important language for this position — we work in English, and so do our customers. Danish language skills are not required.

Why this role is worth your time

  • First marketing hire, not the fifth. You define how this company talks about itself.
  • A product that already works. Real global customers in a demanding vertical, and reference stories waiting to be told.
  • Work directly with the CEO/founders. No layers between you and the decisions.
  • Visible impact. In a company that has barely marketed, good product marketing shows up in the pipeline quickly.

Ready to build software that powers global manufacturing?

The Recruitment Process Consists Of

  • An introductory conversation with our recruiter to understand your background and ambitions.
  • A meeting with our commercial founder to discuss how your skills can be applied to this position.
  • A deeper interview, including a practical discussion around product management in a small team serving a niche market.

We look forward to receiving your application and learning more about you.
