Sales Development Representative
KIME
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) helps build qualified pipeline for our full-cycle Account Executives (AE).
The Company
KIME is AI search visibility and optimization software for brands. We help companies understand and improve how they show up in ChatGPT, Google AI Mode/Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, through our agentic operating system. AI is the new frontier for brand discovery and most companies are not ready for this change. The market is being made right now and customer outreach has never been more engaging.
What The Job Involves
The SDR's job is to find and start conversations with the right prospects before an AE gets involved. In short: you're the engine that turns a list of the right companies into KIME's next qualified conversation — sourcing, calling, and handing over meetings that are already warmed up and ready to become customers. It's a front-row seat on a fast-growing GTM team, where the accounts you open this month are the logos we're celebrating next quarter.
Specific Tasks Include
- Outbound prospecting across KIME's three live channels — cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn outreach — into four ICP segments: enterprise e-commerce/retail, mid-market B2C brands, digital agencies, and B2B SaaS/digital-native companies.
- Qualifying against KIME’s existing framework: Score ICPs based on signals to enable the right prioritization, and disqualify early rather than handing over weak meetings.
- Booking qualified meetings and routing them to the right AE by territory — Europe ex-Denmark, Denmark, UK
- Rigorous CRM logging in HubSpot. Data hygiene is a first-class job requirement across KIME's commercial org — every touch, disqualification reason, and meeting outcome gets logged the way the existing playbook expects.
- Targets: Your performance will be measured against KPIs like win rate, cycle time, and stage conversion, and once real conversion data exists — value quotas.
- Reporting line: You will be reporting to our internal Revenue Operations team and your respective Sales Manager for coaching and quota.
- 1–2 years in a customer-facing, high-rejection-tolerance role: retail, hospitality, telecom retail, membership sales, field or door-to-door sales, call-center or support. No SaaS or B2B tech-sales experience required
- Strong spoken and written English; Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish is a plus, not a requirement.
- Coachable, ambitious, comfortable with a metrics-driven daily/weekly cadence.
- No sales or business degree required
- Bonus, not required: exposure to different marketing channels (paid ads, content marketing, etc.) — helps you speak the buyer's language faster, but energy and coachability matter more.
