Key Role Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact for residents, visitors, and prospective residents.
- Supporting leasing processes, apartment viewings, applications, and lease administration.
- Assisting with move-ins and move-outs to ensure a smooth resident journey.
- Preparing resident communications, guides, and community information.
- Supporting resident events and community engagement activities.
- Helping maintain attractive, welcoming common areas and a positive resident experience.
- Coordinating maintenance requests and following up with relevant partners.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating operational systems and platforms.
