Position Overview

Plays a key role in delivering excellent resident service, supporting leasing activities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the property.


The annual base salary for this role starts from DKK 360,000 depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in on-site bonus programs.


Key Role Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact for residents, visitors, and prospective residents.
  • Supporting leasing processes, apartment viewings, applications, and lease administration.
  • Assisting with move-ins and move-outs to ensure a smooth resident journey.
  • Preparing resident communications, guides, and community information.
  • Supporting resident events and community engagement activities.
  • Helping maintain attractive, welcoming common areas and a positive resident experience.
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and following up with relevant partners.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating operational systems and platforms.


Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, property management, retail, tourism, or a similar service-focused industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Positive, energetic, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer and resident experiences.
