Description
Are you ready to be the Head of Clinical for Nordics and be part of the Nordics Management team?
The Manager, Clinical Nordics is responsible for leading and developing the clinical team across Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, ensuring high-quality clinical education, support, and strategic alignment with commercial goals. This role drives clinical excellence, fosters customer confidence, and supports the integration of Invisalign and iTero systems through targeted training and relationship management.
Role expectations
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor Clinical liaisons, Clinical relations & education specialists and Clinical Itero trainers in (country).
- Oversee onboarding, performance development, and succession planning.
- Ensure alignment with EMEA-wide clinical strategies and local commercial leaders
- Work cross-functionally with other functional managers to drive innovation, customer experience and achieve business targets based on the regional and local strategy.
- Deliver and oversee clinical education programs for orthodontists and general practitioners.
- Support strategic relationships with universities, external partners, and key opinion leaders.
- Ensure scientific accuracy and relevance of educational content and promotional materials.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive clinical confidence and product adoption.
- Collaborate with regional and global clinical leaders to align on best practices and innovation.
- Monitor and report on clinical KPIs, team impact, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts related to reporting lines, team structure, and role evolution.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and clinical integrity.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Dentistry or related clinical field; postgraduate education in Orthodontics or Healthcare Management preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in clinical roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience from clinical education, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) and English; Additional languages a plus
- Strategic thinking and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and leadership presence.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.
- Data-driven decision-making and process orientation.
