House & Brand Activation Coordinator

Whether you’re organizing fantastic in-house events, keeping our workspaces welcoming, or creating memorable brand experiences for colleagues and guests, you’ll help everyone feel at home and truly “VM.”

Sounds pretty good... but what will I be doing?

As our new House & Brand Activation Coordinator, you’ll make our Copenhagen office more than just a workspace—you’ll help create a place where people thrive and feel at home. Your day-to-day will be varied, meaningful, and always people focused.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Create a welcoming, positive office environment and run daily operations in the office
• Be the primary contact for practical questions, facility needs, maintenance and local suppliers
• Coordinate and execute local events, both internal and external together with your Brand Activation team
• Have a central role in onboarding of new colleagues and practical administration (access, supplies, guest registration)
• Your role is hands-on, dynamic, and crucial for both daily operations and the special moments that make working here exceptional!

Contract Details

Working hours will primarily fall between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, depending on the final setup. In addition, occasional evening events and travel to our other locations may be required.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in our centrally located Copenhagen office, with start as soon as possible.

You’ll join the Brand Activation team—a creative, welcoming group driving the Vipps MobilePay brand from the inside out!

• Our helpful facility partners, procurement, and finance teams

Who Are We Looking For?

Our on-site superhero: You love being where the action is! This is a 100% on-site role during office hours, because you can’t host a killer Friday bar, fix the coffee situation, or welcome a new face from your sofa.

A Danish & English chatterbox: You communicate effortlessly in both Danish and English (spoken and written). You’re comfortable negotiating with local Danish suppliers and building maintenance as well as chit-chatting with your international colleagues across the Nordics.

Office & hospitality experience: You’ve got 1–3+ years experience doing hands-on office management, front-of-house hosting, hospitality, or event planning. You know what it takes to keep a space running like clockwork.

The party starter & master planner: You’ve planned and pulled off in-person gatherings before—whether that’s an all-hands meeting, seasonal celebrations, or an epic Friday bar. You love turning a regular day into a memorable moment.

Vendor coordination pro: You know how to handle external partners, from cleaners and caterers to handymen and building managers, making sure everything is delivered on time, with a smile.
