The Role
Villads built the first year. You ship the next.
In less than a year, Wilmo became a full replacement for help desks like Zendesk and Salesforce. One person built that infrastructure end-to-end. That does not scale forever.
You will own features and projects yourself. Not a slice of a squad. The whole thing — from the first commit to the customer who uses it.
You will also work with Customer Success when something breaks in production. That is not a side duty. Wilmo is the support stack our customers run their business on.
Day to day
Own features end-to-end
Analytics, CSAT, and LLM-powered product. You take a problem from first sketch to production, not a ticket from a backlog.
Build where customers are
Wilmo needs to live in Phone, Messenger, WhatsApp, and SMS / iMessage. You will open those channels.
Ship with Customer Success
When a customer hits a wall, you fix it. Same day if it matters. You sit close to the people who talk to customers.
Hunt the bugs that appear from nowhere
Production is the product. You debug the strange ones, not just the ones with a reproduction step.
Analytics
The numbers customers use to run support.
CSAT
Measure whether support actually made people happier.
LLMs everywhere
Not a chatbot bolted on. Models inside the product.
New channels
Phone, Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, iMessage.

Compensation & Benefits
50,000 DKK / month, growing with MRR
+2,500 DKK for every 100k MRR the company adds, for the next 500k MRR.
