Help shape BearingPoint’s Microsoft AI and Copilot capability in Denmark

BearingPoint is building and expanding its Microsoft capabilities in Denmark. We are looking for an experienced Microsoft architect who is motivated by the opportunity to take a leading technical role in this development.

This is not a position where everything has already been defined for you. It is an opportunity to influence which solutions we bring to market, how we approach customers and how we build a strong Danish capability within Microsoft AI, Copilot and agent-enabled solutions.

You will not be building it alone

Behind the developing Danish organisation is BearingPoint’s established international Microsoft community, comprising more than 500 Microsoft professionals across markets. You will have access to experienced specialists, international colleagues, architecture capabilities and reusable knowledge while playing a visible role in translating these strengths into value for Danish customers.

• Shape solutions and offerings rather than simply deliver predefined assignments

The role

As Lead Solution Architect, you will become a central technical profile in our dialogue with Danish customers about Microsoft AI, Copilot, agents and automation.

You will help customers move from curiosity and individual use cases to solutions that are valuable, secure, scalable and possible to operate in an enterprise environment.

Depending on the assignment, you may lead a discovery or architecture workshop, develop a proof of concept, design an integration, guide a delivery team or work hands-on with selected parts of a solution. You will be involved where your technical judgement creates the greatest value.

You will also help BearingPoint understand where the market is moving and which capabilities and offerings we should develop in Denmark.

This is a collaborative role. You are not expected to be the sole salesperson, delivery team and technical expert. You will work with Danish colleagues, customer teams and specialists from BearingPoint’s international Microsoft organisation.

Who might you be?

There is no single career path into this role.

You may currently be working as a Microsoft Solution Architect, Azure or AI Architect, Technical Architect, Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Architect, Senior Software Architect or Copilot and automation specialist.

You do not need to be an expert in every part of the Microsoft AI ecosystem.

What matters most is that you bring a strong foundation within the Microsoft platform, credible architecture or engineering experience and the ability to understand a customer’s needs and translate them into practical solutions.

Your experience may come from one or more of the following areas:

• Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio
• Azure AI services or custom AI agents
• Power Platform and business process automation
• Microsoft 365, Graph or enterprise integrations
• Dynamics 365 and connected business applications
• APIs, identity, security and cloud architecture
• Software development and Azure-based solution delivery

Perhaps you already have deep Copilot experience. Perhaps your current strength is Azure AI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, integration or software architecture, and you are now ready to make Copilot and agent-enabled solutions a more central part of your future. We are interested in both!

What will make you successful?

You are technically credible, curious and comfortable taking responsibility. You enjoy working with customers and can explain complex choices without making them unnecessarily complicated.

You can create direction when the answer has not already been defined, but you are also pragmatic enough to test ideas, involve others and adjust the approach.

Most importantly, you are motivated by the opportunity to help build something with others. You do not need a large, established local structure around you from day one, but you value having access to a strong international professional community and experienced colleagues.

You should be comfortable working with Danish customers and communicating professionally in English. Danish language capabilities will be valuable, particularly in customer-facing assignments.
