Head of Revenue Growth Management - Combustibles
- Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
- Working hours: Full-time
- Work model: Hybrid
- Contract type: Permanent
You’ll bring deep revenue management expertise and a capability-building mindset, standing up revenue growth management as a genuine discipline and a deliberate structural break from traditional brand management.
What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, you will typically focus on:
- Own pricing architecture, market mix and margin, and shape the Combustibles profitability trajectory, translating our Focus 2030 strategy value-capture ambition into a coherent multi-year roadmap.
- Embed consumer centricity across the function and drive the insight and design-to-value agenda that feeds directly into revenue growth.
- Own the design and roll-out of modern, AI-powered commercial and insight tools, democratizing access to insight across the team.
- Build trade marketing into a genuine commercial lever - optimal trade mechanics, investment structure and incentivization tied to reciprocal performance.
- Own the profit pool and market role agenda across markets, setting the value-capture posture for every market and category.
- Lead the commercial revenue voice into the planning cycle, shaping rolling forecast and guidance as a decision-shaping participant in S&OP and S&OE.
- Lead and develop your team, standing up revenue growth management as a deliberate structural break from traditional brand management.
- Substantial experience as a senior commercial leader with deep revenue management expertise across pricing, mix and margin - ideally within FMCG, tobacco, or another structurally declining or heavily regulated category.
- A track record as a capability builder - able to create a new function from a standing start and embed it across an organisation.
- Trade marketing and consumer insight fluency, with the ability to turn insight into commercial value.
- Strong financial and P&L acumen applied commercially rather than purely analytically.
- Proven senior-level influence across sales, marketing, finance and supply chain, including experience within S&OP and S&OE.
