WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As Outbound Planning Manager, you will lead a team of two specialists and ensure a strong and scalable setup that supports JYSK’s continued growth. You will set the direction for Outbound Planning while staying close to the business and ensuring that plans and decisions translate into strong operational results.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Leading, supporting and developing a team of specialists
- Setting the strategic direction for Outbound Planning and ensuring alignment with overall supply chain and business goals
- Ensuring optimal product availability across stores while balancing key supply chain KPIs
- Taking an active role in S&OP processes and collaborating closely with key stakeholders
- Taking ownership of store replenishment planning performance, including service levels, stock levels and forecast alignment
- Identifying risks and opportunities in the supply chain and ensuring proactive action
- Driving continuous improvement through optimisation of processes, tools and data
- Collaborating across Purchasing, Logistics, IT, Sales and Commercial teams
- Leading and supporting transformation initiatives within store replenishment planning
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a leader who combines a strategic mindset with a strong understanding of supply chain planning and day-to-day operations. You are comfortable working with data, making decisions and involving stakeholders across the organisation.
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has solid experience within Supply Chain Management, preferably with store replenishment planning or a similar function
- Has proven leadership experience or the motivation and ability to step into a leadership role
- Has strong business understanding and can translate strategy into execution
- Has excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Has experience with S&OP processes and supply chain optimisation
- Has strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions and organisational levels
- Takes a proactive and result-oriented approach and looks for opportunities to improve
- Is fluent in English; Danish is an advantage but not a requirement
