Sourcing Specialist

In this role, you will play a key part in securing the materials and supplier partnerships needed to deliver innovative climate solutions to customers worldwide.
Based in Nordborg and reporting to the Global Sourcing Manager, you will act as an important link between suppliers, engineering, operations, finance, and procurement teams. Your ability to build strong relationships and drive collaboration will help improve quality, delivery performance, and cost competitiveness across our supply chain.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and strengthen supplier relationships to support quality, delivery, capacity, and business growth objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, buyers, and finance teams to drive sourcing decisions and resolve supply-related challenges.
- Analyze spend, supplier performance, and sourcing data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Support sourcing strategies and supplier development activities for direct materials, including electronic, casting, plastic, and machined components.
- Visit suppliers across Europe to understand capabilities, support performance improvements, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, operations, or a related business function.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
- Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders in an international environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% within Europe and learn how strategic sourcing creates business value.
