Senior Customer Success Manager for UK and Ireland

At Autoflows, we are growing rapidly in the UK and Ireland, so we are now looking for a motivated and highly organized Senior Customer Success Manager to help us grow these markets. Together with our UKI team, you will be responsible for growing and retaining our customer base in UKI. Our UKI customer base is a mix of small, medium and enterprise customers.

In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for your own customers and drive the full customer journey from onboarding to communications, training and expansion. You will also be in charge of project managing our large enterprise deals in UKI and lead their journey to success.

Autoflows is a fast-growing SaaS company with the leading aftersales automation platform for automotive retail. We help dealerships let their data do the work — combining AI prediction with automated, personalized customer communications to boost revenue, cut manual work, and improve the customer journey. Today we support 1,800+ dealerships across Europe, from independent workshops to Europe's largest dealer groups, working with brands including Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Porsche, Ford and Mercedes.

Autoflows is a plug-and-play product with efficient onboarding and easy adaptation, which means very low customer churn and high satisfaction.

The main purpose for the Customer Success Manager is to deliver and grow value for our customers in the UKI markets. Our customers are dealerships or workshops who use Autoflows to retain their customers and develop their business.

The Customer Success team

The Customer Success team aims to always deliver great customer experience. We build and maintain customer relationships through onboarding and training, and together with our Support team, we ensure that our customers always feel fully supported. This has been a successful path to very low churn of customers and high customer satisfaction.

As a team, Customer Success is also responsible for continuous development of the customers, which means introducing new modules through training and identifying areas of growth for the specific market and customers.

The Customer Success team works together with the Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Support teams to drive innovation and development of our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Responsible for overall customer satisfaction, success, and retention of our customers in the UK and Ireland
  • Responsible for high-quality onboarding and training of customers in the UK and Ireland
  • Project management of enterprise deals and their journey to success
  • Ensuring customers are using Autoflows to the full potential
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with customers to ensure good communication including impactful email campaigns
  • Building and executing strategic success plans that drive expansion and upsell revenue
  • Contributing to developing the CS team processes and tools including our Autoflows Academy

About You

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success colleague who already knows the processes in a CS team and how to work with customers. Preferably, you have a master’s degree in business, Communication, digitalisation or similar and have worked for 5+ years in a similar role.

You should have experience with project management and customer success so you can hit the ground running but also challenge processes and optimize them.

  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • A personal drive to go the extra mile to deliver high-quality customer service to our customers
  • The ability to think on your feet and work independently, while being a true team player and helping other team members when needed.
  • Motivation to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment where priorities can shift, and we constantly challenge ourselves to develop new solutions and processes
  • Strong relationship builder, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues across at all levels in an organization
  • Proven experience managing enterprise/strategic accounts and complex, senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven ability to build and execute strategic success plans that drive expansion and upsell revenue.
  • Curious to learn and develop
  • Self-driven and collaborative
  • Excellent communication skills

You have native-level English fluency with a deep, lived understanding of the UKI markets and business culture. You must be able to travel to the UK and Ireland for customer visits, fairs or events.

The role is placed in our Copenhagen office, and it is not a remote or hybrid role.
