Copilot Studio Developer

About KPMG NewTech
KPMG NewTech works with some of Denmark's largest organisations to put AI to work. Our team sits at the centre of this, operating across two areas that go hand in hand: we design and implement AI solutions and transformations, and we help organisations change how they work through AI adoption.
A big part of what makes us different is our NewPractice methodology, our approach to redefining how organisations build AI-native processes from the ground up. It is not about putting AI onto existing ways of working. It is about rethinking work itself.
We are a team that is motivated by learning, works efficiently and follows through. We are growing quickly, and the people joining will have meaningful influence on where we go.
What You Will Be Doing
You will build agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio and stand up the governance that lets them run safely at enterprise scale. That means designing and shipping agents that solve real business problems, and putting in place the policies, guardrails, and controls that keep them secure and compliant across the client's environment.
You will work directly with clients, from the first design conversation through to a live agent that people actually use. You are equally at home in the build and in the governance model, and you understand that at enterprise scale the two cannot be separated.
A central part of the role is working with AI yourself. We use AI across everything we do: running our projects smarter, developing our methods faster, and showing clients first hand what good adoption looks like. You will use AI tools regularly in your own work and help build a team culture where that is the norm, not the exception.
In practice, that means:
- Designing and building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, from first prototype to a solution that is ready for production.
- Connecting agents to enterprise data and systems through Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and custom connectors and APIs.
- Setting up the governance foundation that lets agents scale safely: environment strategy, policies, access and role models, and data loss prevention.
- Defining and enforcing the guardrails that keep agents secure, compliant, and under control across the tenant.
- Establishing lifecycle and quality practices so agents stay reliable as they move from pilot to enterprise scale.
- Working directly with client teams to turn business needs into agents that are built well and governed properly.
- Using AI tools actively in your own work and helping clients and colleagues do the same.
- Building the reusable patterns, templates, and standards that make our delivery faster and better.
You probably have 3 to 6 years of experience building on the Microsoft platform, from consulting or a similarly demanding environment. You know how to ship something real, and you focus on doing it in a way that holds up at scale.
More specifically, we look for:
- Practical experience building with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the wider Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
- A solid grasp of how to govern AI agents at enterprise scale: environments, policies, access and role models, data loss prevention, and security.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure, and how Copilot fits into the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
- Comfortable working with connectors, APIs, and integrating agents with enterprise systems and data.
- A structured way of working with a focus on quality: you prioritize doing things right, not just fast.
- Good at communicating with both technical and business stakeholders: clear, direct, no fluff.
- You use AI tools in your work today and are motivated to push that further.
- Genuinely curious about agentic AI and where enterprise works.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus, for example within Power Platform or Azure AI.
- Fluency in English and Danish.
- A relevant master's degree with good results.
- Danish security clearance is highly valuable.
