2 Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Consultants

emagine is looking for 2 Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery consultants to support a big clients business continuity initiatives and disaster recovery planning. Candidates should possess strong skills in Business Continuity Management, IT Disaster Recovery, and stakeholder engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

Review and test Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs).
Facilitate tabletop exercises, failover tests, and continuity workshops.
Conduct control attestations, control effectiveness reviews, and provide audit support.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective management and reporting.
Drive independent reviews, testing activities, and remediation follow-up.

Key Requirements:

Experience in Business Continuity Management and IT Disaster Recovery.
Proven ability to review and test BCPs and DRPs.
Strong facilitation skills for exercises and workshops.
Understanding of ISO 22301, ISO 27001, DORA, and operational resilience requirements.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience from financial services or regulated environments preferred.
Ability to independently drive relevant activities.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of ServiceNow.
Financial experience.
