  • Act as a key interface between local warehouse and technical teams, centralised functions and third-party providers.
  • Handle high volumes of data accurately and efficiently while challenging incomplete or inconsistent information.
  • Work in accordance with project priorities while responding quickly to data quality issues that may impact procurement, stock optimisation or operations.
  • Ensure accurate, complete and standardised Material Master data is delivered within agreed quality standards and timelines.
  • Ensure consistency between SAP / UNISOL records and physical materials held in the warehouse.
  • Maintain complete documentation and an audit trail for all data changes, including before/after corrections, photographs and inspection notes.
  • Keep the Project Lead – Master Data informed of progress, issues and potential risks.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Master Data, Material Management, Stock Control or Procurement Support.
  • Experience within the Oil & Gas industry or a comparable industrial environment is preferred.
  • Strong interest in and understanding of technical components, materials and equipment.
  • Ability to understand technical descriptions and confidently discuss and challenge data with technical experts.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured and quality-focused approach.
  • Excellent administrative and coordination skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Expert-level SAP experience, particularly within the Material Management module, including Material Masters and MRP.
  • Expert-level MS Excel skills.
  • Experience with Business Warehouse / Business Intelligence would be advantageous.
