As a Student Assistant – Change Communication & Learning Content, you will play a crucial role in developing learning materials, videos, and internal communication for our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Process Management Team. Your work will directly impact our internal process training programs and help shape the way we approach process training and development.

About The PLM Process Management Team
Our team serves as a bridge across all our functions in WS Audiology, supporting efficient processes and ensuring that employees and teams contribute their best throughout the product journey. Our work ultimately contributes to successful product launches, improved resource management, and enhanced competitiveness. Part of what we do is to understand our colleagues, how they work, and how we can support them to be their best through designing and improving processes that tie all our functions together.
What You Will Do
- Create engaging and informative articles and learning materials, including videos, presentations, and written content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand processes and change management principles.
- Independently produce high-quality videos that effectively convey complex concepts.
- Ad hoc internal communication tasks related to projects, town halls, and presentations.
- You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student with a background in either Communication, Multi-media Design, Instructional Design or Digital Educational Sciences.
- You have min. 12 months left of your studies and are currently enrolled in a university in Denmark
- Proficiency in video creation/editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience with working and communicating in PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- You find it interesting to learn about complex topics and transform them into more accessible content.
- Corporate language is English; a requirement is that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
