Doctors today spend more time in front of screens than with their patients. We want to change that.
Medbric develops AI agents that listen to patient consultations, answer clinical questions using documented sources, and summarise extensive medical records. The result is less administrative work and more time for patient care.
86% of our users report that their working day has improved after adopting our solutions.
Medbric was founded on research collaboration between NTNU and the University of Oslo. We have recently been selected as the primary supplier in the largest AI agreement within specialist healthcare in the Nordic region, and we are now entering an exciting phase of international expansion.
We are now looking to strengthen Medbric’s position in Denmark – and are looking for the right person to lead this journey.
As Country Manager, Denmark, you will have overall responsibility for establishing and growing Medbric in the Danish market.
You will be our local leader and commercial and operational driving force in Denmark, responsible for understanding the market, building relationships, generating sales and establishing a strong position for Medbric within the Danish healthcare sector.
This is not a role where you will inherit an established organisation, a mature market or a detailed playbook. You will have the opportunity to build the Danish business from the ground up, working closely with our team in Norway.
You will operate at both a strategic and hands-on level – from market analysis and go-to-market strategy to meetings with doctors, healthcare leaders and decision-makers, tenders and procurement processes, partnerships, implementation and customer development.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial person who enjoys being close to the market, takes ownership of results and thrives on building something that does not yet exist.
- Take overall responsibility for establishing and growing Medbric’s Danish branch
- Own financial and regulatory reporting to Danish authorities and the management team in Norway
- Develop and execute Medbric’s go-to-market strategy for Denmark
- Build the sales pipeline and own the full sales process, from first contact to signed agreement
- Build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, municipalities and other relevant decision-makers
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships and local collaborations
- Map the Danish healthcare market, competitive landscape and relevant tender and procurement processes
- Lead tenders and procurement processes in close collaboration with the team in Norway
- Manage key customer relationships and ensure strong adoption and measurable value from Medbric’s solutions
- Act as Medbric’s local representative and public-facing presence in Denmark
- Work closely with product, technology, customer success and commercial teams in Norway
- Bring insights from the Danish market back into product and organisational development
- Build the local organisation and team as the market and business grow
- Has several years of experience in business development, sales, commercial leadership and/or building businesses, preferably with significant regional responsibility
- Has a proven track record of building customer relationships and driving commercial growth
- Ideally has experience from healthcare, healthtech, SaaS or other complex B2B technology environments
- Has a strong understanding of how decisions are made in larger organisations and the public sector
- Is comfortable navigating long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Knows how to open doors, build trust and turn relationships into tangible business results
- Has strong commercial acumen and a clear results orientation
- Is self-driven and thrives with significant responsibility and autonomy Has strong execution skills and enjoys turning ideas into action
- Is curious about technology and able to understand and communicate complex products in a simple and compelling way
- Communicates exceptionally well in Danish and English
- Danish healthcare or healthtech
- SaaS or software companies
- Selling to hospitals, municipalities or other public-sector organisations
- Public tenders and procurement processes
- Electronic health records or clinical workflows
- New market entry or international expansion
- Startup or scale-up environments
You like to build.
You are energised by a blank sheet of paper and the opportunity to create something that works, rather than simply managing something that is already established.
You are commercial, but relationship-driven. You understand that successful healthcare partnerships are built on trust, domain expertise and the ability to create genuine value.
You are curious and confident when meeting new people and tackling unfamiliar challenges. You take initiative, follow through and do not give up at the first “no”.
You thrive on responsibility and do not need a detailed playbook to get started.
And you want to help build a company – not simply have a job.
Medbric is a Norwegian healthtech scale-up with 10 full-time employees and ambitious plans for international growth.
We work in small, cross-functional teams with short decision-making paths and a high degree of autonomy. Clinicians, developers, customer support and commercial teams work closely together.
We build products with healthcare professionals at the centre and see AI as a natural part of both product development and clinical workflows.
Healthcare professionals have the first and final say in how we build.
- The opportunity to build a new market from the ground up, with significant responsibility and a high degree of autonomy
- A significant role in shaping Medbric’s international growth
- A product with clear and measurable value for healthcare professionals and patients
- Close collaboration with a strong, cross-functional team in Norway
- The opportunity to shape both the role and the Danish organisation as it develops
- A key leadership role in an ambitious Norwegian healthtech scale-up
