About The Role
As our Site Security Manager, you'll lead security operations in Copenhagen on a 24-month contract, helping to protect people, sites and business continuity across the LEGO Group. You'll work closely with regional and global security partners to translate strategic priorities into effective day-to-day operations. From risk assessments and security infrastructure to emergency preparedness and investigations, you'll play a key role in ensuring our sites are secure, resilient and ready to support future growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bringing experience in corporate or public-sector security management
- Conducting risk assessments and developing security solutions
- Managing access control and CCTV systems
- Translating strategy into operational execution
- Building effective partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Responding confidently during crisis situations and emergency events
- Written and spoken English and Danish
- Working with outsourced security service providers and contracts
- Using GENETEC security platforms
- Taking ownership of continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicating effectively across cultures and functions
- Lead daily security operations and support the delivery of regional security priorities
- Assess risks and implement practical, cost-effective security measures
- Maintain and improve site security infrastructure in line with global standards
- Drive collaboration with security partners to optimize service quality and efficiency
- Lead loss prevention activities and support investigations when required
- Establish and guide local emergency management processes, contingency plans and business continuity activities
- Strengthen alignment and collaboration with security teams across multiple locations
- Help create a consistent, reliable security experience that supports colleagues, visitors and business operations
Life on the team
You'll join the Global Security organization within the Security Operations team. Together, we're focused on protecting people and assets while enabling business continuity across the organization. We work closely with colleagues across security and the wider business, combining in-person collaboration with the flexibility of a hybrid working rhythm to solve challenges and share expertise.

Success in this role means creating a secure and resilient environment where security measures are effective, practical and trusted. You'll help strengthen site readiness, continuously improve security operations and contribute to longer-term regional priorities. Along the way, you'll work closely with security specialists, operational partners, emergency management stakeholders and external service providers to deliver meaningful impact.
