Senior Social Media Specialist
Landfolk
- Based in Aarhus
- Starting October 1st 2026
You’ll combine strong organic social judgment with hands-on Meta Ads Manager expertise. You know how to build a content plan, turn an idea into a clear production brief, set up and monitor paid campaigns, and use performance to decide what we should do next. You are comfortable creating content yourself, whether that means shooting short-form videos, writing engaging captions, or designing simple assets.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Brand & Marketing, external partners and our Social Media Student Assistant, whom you’ll guide in the day-to-day execution.
What You’ll Do
Own our social platforms
- Take end-to-end ownership and strategic direction of our social media channels to make Landfolk best-in-class in our category, including driving our expansion onto key platforms like TikTok and YouTube
- Plan, schedule and publish content across Landfolk’s social channels in collaboration with our Social Media Student Assistant
- Maintain a clear content calendar across always-on content, campaigns and launches
- Analyse performance and turn insights into concrete improvements
- Bring fresh ideas on how we engage beyond our owned channels - defining how, where, and why we interact with other accounts and communities
- Understand what works on each channel and suggest new platform-native content formats
- Turn homes, destinations and holiday moments into relevant social ideas
- Write sharp briefs for photographers, videographers, designers and other production partners
- Guide production with a clear view of the channel, format, audience and desired outcome
- Build workflows and templates that help us create and repurpose more content efficiently
- Use AI for research, ideation, copy drafts, versioning, localisation and repurposing
- Build a learning loop across organic and paid social so strong ideas can travel between the two
- Collaborate with our external agency while retaining strong in-house platform knowledge and ownership
- Work confidently in Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledgeable about audiences, budgets, placements and creative tests in line with commercial goals
- Monitor pacing and performance and make informed optimisation decisions
- Follow new Meta features, platform changes and paid-social developments - and turn relevant opportunities into action
- Have solid experience owning social media for a consumer-facing brand or agency
- Are highly comfortable in Meta Ads Manager and understand campaign structure, audiences, budgets, optimisation and reporting
- Have integrated AI and automation tools into your workflows
- Know how to plan and schedule content and interpret organic and paid performance
- Understand the creative codes, formats and audiences of different social platforms
- Can turn an idea into a strong content concept and a clear production brief
- Give useful creative feedback and have strong visual and editorial judgment
- Enjoy guiding a junior colleague and creating structure for day-to-day execution
- Are fluent in English and Danish. Another Landfolk market language is a plus
Social is where many people first discover Landfolk. This role has the opportunity to make that presence more consistent, relevant and effective - while connecting organic content, paid performance and smarter production workflows.
You’ll have real ownership, room to test new ideas and the chance to shape how Landfolk shows up across seven European markets.
What We Offer

- A warm, ambitious team that values quality, creativity and community
- Room to experiment with new formats, technologies and ways of working

- Trips to actual Landfolk homes when relevant - yes, it’s as good as it sounds
