Butcher With Experience In Beef Cutting For Aalborg
Do you have a positive attitude towards your work and enjoy using your hands to create results? Do you also have experience with meat cutting and knife work? If so, you may be the new colleague we are looking for at our slaughterhouse in Aalborg.
We are looking for 4 employees with documented knife skills and experience in beef deboning to join our production team.
You are reliable, physically robust, and have an interest in the butcher profession. We prefer that you are a trained butcher, but this is not a requirement. However, it is essential that you have experience with beef cutting, beef deboning, or similar tasks. In addition, we would like you to have an interest in the butcher trade and preferably experience from a production environment. You are ready to take responsibility, can work independently, enjoy working with your hands, and take pride in delivering results. We place great importance on a positive attitude towards both your work tasks and the people around you.
Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is beef deboning on an individual piecework basis. You will work with:
- Forequarters (wings)
- Hindquarters (pistols)
Qualifications
We expect that you
- Have experience with beef deboning on a piecework basis
- Possess strong knife skills and experience from the meat industry
- Can work independently and efficiently
- Have a focus on quality and food safety
No Specific Certificates Or Courses Are Required. However
- A Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage
It is an advantage if you speak one of the following languages:
- English
- Polish
- German
Day Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 06:30 - 14:30
- Friday: 06:30 - 13:50
There is no weekend work
Requirements For Foreign Applicants

- A valid work and residence permit, or
- An EU registration certificate, where applicable
- Permanent employment in a professional company
- Good working conditions
- Opportunity for immediate start
