What are we looking for?

We're hiring a Media Buyer/Paid Social Specialist to run our campaigns — but this role goes a step further.

We are frontrunners in our field, and we intend to stay that way. We want to continue to build AI into how we buy, test, and optimize paid social.

Our ideal hire combines creative performance marketing with tech know-how to get the most out of every single campaign.

Responsibilities

Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on paid social
Monitor and act on performance data
Develop ad creatives, copy, and hooks tailored to each platform and market
Ensure campaigns remain compliant with advertising and financial regulations in each country
Design and implement AI-assisted workflows (creative testing, reporting, budget/bid optimization) in partnership with our tech and data teams

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads
Comfortable with building automations or AI agents; using tools like Make, Zapier, n8n, or directly with APIs and scripting
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Confident in managing large-scale advertising budgets
Ability to work across multiple markets and languages
Experience working in the financial or lending sector is a plus
