Senior Manager - Salesforce Transformation Consulting is required to join a leading consultancy specialising in commercial excellence, digital transformation, and Salesforce-led business transformation. The organisation works with global enterprise clients to deliver high-impact transformation programmes, helping businesses improve commercial performance and customer experiences through Salesforce and broader technology initiatives.

You will lead large-scale global Salesforce and IT transformation programmes, working closely with C-level stakeholders across strategy, delivery, operating models, technology roadmaps, and business transformation. This is a senior leadership opportunity combining client advisory, programme delivery, team development, and business growth.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years' experience in management consulting, technology consulting, digital transformation, or strategic advisory
• Demonstrated success in shaping and delivering large-scale, enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives
  Broad knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, with an understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, solution architecture, integrations, and data strategy
• Comfortable engaging, influencing, and advising C-level executives and senior decision-makers
  Experience within a top-tier consultancy, Big 4 organisation, or specialist digital/transformation consultancy is highly valued.
• Strong leadership experience, including managing consulting teams and overseeing complex, multi-stream transformation programmes
