Supply Chain Product Owner

About the job

You will play a central role in bridging Supply Chain and Corporate IT, ensuring our solutions deliver value to the business while supporting operational excellence and future growth. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT colleagues, vendors, and partners, you will drive improvements, translate business needs into solutions, and help shape the future direction of our ERP landscape.

The role combines elements of product ownership, ERP expertise, demand management, business engagement and continuous improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, translate them into actionable priorities and ensure solutions are delivered and adopted successfully. As part of this, you will also contribute to a significant ERP transformation initiative, representing Supply Chain requirements and helping ensure continuity between current and future solutions.

Your key responsibilities:

• Own and manage the roadmap, backlog and priorities for Supply Chain-related ERP capabilities and supporting solutions
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges and opportunities
• Translate business and operational requirements into scalable solution designs and delivery priorities
• Function as solution and system owner for relevant Supply Chain platforms and capabilities
• Collaborate with developers, architects, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and projects
• Support incident resolution, governance activities and ongoing optimization efforts
• Contribute to our ERP transformation journey by supporting requirements validation, testing, business readiness and adoption activities

Who are you?

You enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology, and you understand how digital solutions can enable efficient and scalable Supply Chain operations. You move comfortably between strategic discussions and operational challenges, building strong relationships across both business and IT.

You are a pragmatic and proactive problem solver who can balance competing priorities, challenge existing ways of working constructively, take ownership of outcomes and focus on delivering real business value. Most importantly, you understand that technology is only successful when it is adopted and creates measurable outcomes for the business.

We imagine that you have:

• Experience from roles such as Solutions Lead, Product Owner, ERP Consultant, Functional Lead, Lead Business Analyst, Application Manager or similar
• A strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and the systems supporting them
• Experience working with enterprise ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, IFS, Infor or similar
• Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs and business demand
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working across business and IT functions
• The ability to translate business requirements into scalable and practical solutions
• Fluent English skills, written and spoken

We work closely with functions throughout the organization, including Supply Chain, which is at the heart of Orifarm's business model. Supply Chain’s ability to source, repackage, and distribute pharmaceutical products reliably and compliantly across markets depends on effective processes, strong data foundations, and the right technology solutions, making our work an essential enabler of business success.
