Senior People Experience Associate

JOE & THE JUICE

WHY WORK AT JOE & THE JUICE

JOE & THE JUICE is a people-centric food and beverage company built around culture, not just juice, sandwiches, coffee, and much more. When joining us, you step into a high-energy community where the music is loud, the bar is your stage, and your personality matters as much as your skills.

We believe in four simple virtues that shape everything we do:

  • Positive Attitude
  • Inclusion
  • Social Ties
  • Growth

For us, this means that when you choose a cup-half-full mindset, welcome people from every background, build real friendships across the bar by creating great guest experiences, and use every shift as a chance to learn something new, you become more than just a Juicer; like us, you continue to search and find purpose and meaning in what you do.

From your first day, you’ll be part of an international network of Juicers who support each other, celebrate wins together, and push each other to grow. You will learn by doing, move through our Moneyball career path, our internal system that tracks your performance and fast-tracks you toward promotion, and be part of a company where most leaders have earned their stripes behind the bar (fun fact: over 75% of our employees started as Juicers!).

If you love fast-paced service, music, people, and the idea of turning a job into a lifestyle, JOE can become a place to build skills, friendships, and a career that can take you across cities, countries, and roles.

YOUR MISSION

This is a global senior position within our People & Development department, based at our Global HQ in Copenhagen. The role works closely with People Business Partners and CoEs, and reports to the People Experience Director, acting as the trusted operational backbone of the employee lifecycle. It combines structured process and project ownership with hands-on execution, ensuring consistency and quality across markets. There's real scope here to take the lead on select global projects and help shape how our People operations scale alongside the business. This role may require occasional travel to our global offices.

The role reports to the People Experience Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience across markets
  • Lead selected global People projects from initiation through completion, taking full ownership of timelines and outcomes
  • Manage and maintain employment contracts, addendums, changes, leaves and HR documentation with a high degree of accuracy
  • Oversee employee data integrity across HR systems, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies

Who You Are

  • You have 4–6 years of experience in a similar role, and you're ready to bring that experience into a new context with global impact. You thrive as an individual contributor, but you're also a strong team player who genuinely cares about the performance and success of the wider team, not just your own results. You're organized, curious, and confident speaking and presenting to people at all levels of the organization. You care about doing things properly, but you also know how to move quickly when the situation calls for it. Most importantly, you believe that employee listening is one of the most powerful leadership tools for driving performance.

  • Stakeholder Management: strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels
  • Technical Skills: comfort navigating multiple HR systems
  • Language Requirement: fluent in English and Danish - other languages are a bonus!
