About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Engineer - Service Desk Operations to provide Level 1 (L1) technical support to Danish-speaking users. The role involves handling inbound calls, service requests, and incident tickets while ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of IT service management practices.
Note: Danish language proficiency (Professional/Native level) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 technical support through phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems.
- Handle inbound calls and service desk tickets from end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to Windows operating systems and applications.
- Diagnose and support LAN/WAN and internet connectivity issues.
- Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate resolver groups through the ITSM tool.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and authorized desktop applications.
- Support and troubleshoot printers and desktop/laptop hardware issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Configure and customize desktop hardware according to business requirements.
- Manage Office 365 user accounts, mailboxes, and distribution lists.
- Administer Active Directory user accounts, including account creation, modification, and password resets.
- Assist users with software, hardware, and peripheral device-related queries.
- Take ownership of incidents and service requests and maintain accurate documentation in the ITSM tool.
- Configure and support mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, and Android) for email and business applications.
- Identify and escalate critical issues that may impact business operations.
- Contribute to service improvements and achievement of project KPIs and SLAs.

- Hands-on experience resolving end-user technical issues via phone, chat, email, and remote support tools.
- Experience supporting Danish-speaking users is highly preferred.
