In this role, you will:
- Develop, establish and support the daily operation of the Data Privacy Quality Assurance capability
- Design and implement quality review methodologies, standards and assessment frameworks for Data Privacy services and processes
- Develop reporting, metrics and management information that provide insights into quality, trends, risks and improvement opportunities
- Establish and enhance the Data Privacy Quality Assurance reporting framework for senior management and governing bodies
- Lead quality reviews of Data Privacy services, processes and deliverables, including thematic reviews, root-cause analyses and lessons-learned activities
- Identify and drive improvement initiatives that enhance consistency, efficiency and effectiveness across Data Privacy
- Prepare insights, recommendations and decision material for senior management and governing bodies
- A degree in law, business administration or a related field, and/or relevant data protection certifications such as CIPP/E or CIPM
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, risk management, compliance or audit, ideally from a complex or regulated environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess processes, identify improvement areas and translate findings into practical actions
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across teams and present insights clearly to different audiences
- Ability working in a large organization, leading and driving initiatives from analysis to implementation
- A structured, detail-oriented approach with focus on business value and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with process improvement, control frameworks, quality management or operational excellence methodologies
- Strong written and spoken English skills
This position can be located both in Denmark and Lithuania. If the position is located in Lithuania, the salary range will be from 3520 EUR to 5280 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job) and your job function in the employment contract will be Data Privacy.
