- Platform updates and documentation: Evaluate platform changes pre-launch and create practical documentation.
- Process improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions to enhance data quality and user experience.
- Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, acting as a scientific advisor.
- Scientific background in pharmacology, biomedical sciences, veterinary medicine, or related fields
- Understanding of research workflows and laboratory operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Excellent communication skills
- Natural curiosity about digital tools
- Experience with PowerBI
- Experience with Azure Dev ops
- Experience with lab animal sciences & in vivo pharmacology
- Experience developing and presenting technical training materials
