About This Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Field Support Specialist to join our Denmark/Finland team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our agent network, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong relationships with business partners across Denmark and Finland.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working independently in the field, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote support to agents throughout Denmark and Finland.
- Conduct regular visits to agent locations to ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
- Deliver training and guidance to agents on products, services, systems, and processes.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor agent performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the onboarding and activation of new agents.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Compliance, Revenue, and Customer Service teams.
- Maintain accurate records of agent visits, training sessions, and support activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Field Support, Operations, Customer Service, Retail Support, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within Denmark and Finland.
- Candidates must be currently residing in the Greater Copenhagen area or surrounding regions to ensure efficient travel and support coverage across Denmark.
