Your Role:
You’ll join EG Intelligence in Ballerup, working at the operational center of one of EG’s most ambitious initiatives: the EG Intelligence Platform and Genie. The team is cross-functional and fast-moving, with interdependencies spanning central technology teams and multiple Business Units/industry verticals.
In 12 months, you’ll be the person the programme relies on, the one who turns ambiguity into plans, keeps delivery visible, and removes blockers before they become risks. Your coordination is what drives outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive central programme delivery; own plans, progress reporting, and communications that keep the EG Intelligence Programme on track
- Coordinate dependencies between central teams and Business Units/industry verticals, ensuring timelines and handoffs are clearly owned and understood
- Run structured delivery cadence: recurring meetings, status updates, and reporting rhythms that give leadership full visibility
- Remove delivery blockers; anticipate risks early, escalate fast, and resolve coordination issues before they delay the programme
- Act as the Vice President's operational right hand; translating strategic direction into programme structure and keeping execution on course
- Own stakeholder alignment across central functions, Business Units/industry verticals, and senior leadership

You build trust quickly across very different stakeholders, from technical platform teams to commercial Business Unit/vertical leads, and you’re energized by complexity, not frustrated by it.
You bring:
- You use AI to accelerate your thinking and planning, to surface delivery risks, and keep communications sharp across a fast-moving programme. AI is central to how you work, not an add-on.
- 3+ years of project or programme management experience in a technology or software environment.
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams with competing priorities and bring them into alignment without formal authority.
- Strong communication in Danish and English, as comfortable presenting a status report to a VP as aligning a delivery plan with an engineer.
- Experience with structured programme delivery: risk management, dependency tracking, and reporting cadence.
- Curious, ambitious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.
