You will join Corporate Communication & Public Affairs and work closely with leaders, project teams and communication colleagues across the business. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that important messages reach employees in a way that is clear, relevant and engaging.

We are looking for someone who enjoys both advising stakeholders and delivering communication themselves. Someone who can translate complex topics into effective communication, build strong relationships across the organisation and help drive communication initiatives from planning to execution.

About The Role

As Manager, Internal Communication, you will act as a trusted communication advisor to stakeholders across Danish Crown. You will advise on communication related to business priorities, organisational changes and strategic initiatives, while helping ensure that communication activities are aligned, relevant and effective.

And you will play an active role in developing content relevant to your projects, coordinating communication activities and executing communication initiatives.

The corporate language is English, and strong written and spoken English skills are therefore required.

  • Develop key messages, presentations, talking points and communication materials for leaders and stakeholders
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Corporate Communication & Public Affairs and support broader communication activities when needed

About You

You may have a background in communication, journalism, public affairs or a similar field, and you have several years of experience working with internal communication in a complex organisation.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has experience advising leaders and stakeholders on communication-related matters
  • Understands how to translate business strategies and complex topics into clear and effective communication
  • Has experience supporting organisational change or large cross-functional projects through communication
  • Is a strong communicator with a solid toolbox and excellent English skills

  • Builds trust and strong relationships across functions and organisational levels
  • Takes ownership and drives communication projects from planning to execution
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working closely with colleagues across disciplines
  • Well versed in key tools such as PowerPoint

Experience working in an international organisation is an advantage, but what matters most is your ability to create effective communication that supports employee engagement and organizational trust.
