We are excited to present an opportunity to join Eurowind IT as Senior Manager, Data & Analytics. We want to strengthen our Data & Analytics function by ensuring structure, transparency, and optimization in how we manage Data & Analytics in Eurowind. As our new Senior Manager, Data & Analytics, you will play a crucial role in shaping how Eurowind Energy collaborates across the organisations in relation to data and analytical tasks – supporting both daily operations and our ambitious international growth.

Based in Denmark, we operate in 16 different countries across Europe and in the U.S., and we are continuously growing our project portfolio. Your role

As our new Senior Manager, Data & Analytics, you will be part of our Group IT function and IT Leadership Team, reporting to our Global IT Director. We are currently around 70 people in Group IT covering all traditional IT Functions. With you on board, we are strengthening our ability to ensure alignment between our Data & Analytics systems and our users in the rest of Eurowind. We have started a transformation project moving away from an older traditional BI-setup and into a Data & Analytics setup with a new underlaying Data Platform based in Databricks and MS Fabric.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Leadership of the Data & Analytics department including people leadership of four skilled employees
• Reposition the department from a Business Intelligence to a comprehensive Data & Analytics function
• Lead and drive the transformation into a new Databricks & MS Fabric data platform with Power BI as our frontend tool
• Manage workload and resource allocation within the department to ensure optimal performance and development
• Develop and implement data strategy aligned with organizational goals and emerging technologies
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Data & Analytics function

We have focus on collaboration both internally and with our colleagues across Eurowind, while we build solid IT solutions to support Eurowinds overall strategy.

Your profile

You will have the opportunity to shape how we leverage data and analytics for competitive advantage – in close cooperation with your team and colleagues across IT and the rest of Eurowind Energy. You are a strategic leader who combines technical understanding with business acumen, capable of translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations for senior management.

• Strong experience with people and domain leadership
• Solid understanding of Databricks, MS Fabric and Power BI
• You think AI first – understanding how artificial intelligence and machine learning can enhance the Data & Analytics domain and help people in their daily work
• Strong relationship builder both internally and externally – comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to create overview in complex environments
