In this role, you will join our Group People & Culture team at our headquarters in Odense, supporting both our Danish offices and colleagues across our international locations.

People & Culture Meets Practical Experience

As our new Student Assistant, you’ll become part of a small and dedicated team supporting employees and managers across the organization.

You will gain valuable insight into how People & Culture operates in an international company while developing skills that are highly relevant for your future career.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Supporting People & Culture reporting, and employee-related administration
  • Maintaining employee data and supporting employment lifecycle processes in our HR systems
  • Assisting with onboarding activities and introduction of new employees to relevant systems and processes
  • Updating policies, procedures, and intranet content
  • Preparing documentation such as job descriptions, contracts, and other employment-related documents
  • Handling various administrative and ad hoc People & Culture tasks

What Success Looks Like In Your Role

  • You take ownership of People & Culture reporting and employee data administration, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
  • You quickly become a reliable support for the People & Culture team
  • Administrative tasks are handled accurately and in a timely manner
  • Employee information and documentation are maintained in a structured manner
  • You contribute to efficient and well-documented People & Culture processes
  • You build strong working relationships with colleagues across the organization

What You Bring To The Table

  • You are currently studying a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and have a minimum of 2-3 years left of your studies
  • You are structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • You have a proactive mindset and enjoy taking initiative
  • You are curious and motivated to learn new things
  • You have strong IT skills and are comfortable using Excel
  • You are interested in both administrative tasks and working with data and reporting
  • You have strong communication skills in both Danish and English

It’s a Plus If You Have

  • An interest in People & Culture and employee-related processes
  • Experience with administrative tasks through your studies, student jobs, or volunteer work
  • Experience with Excel or similar tools
  • Curiosity about systems, data, and how processes can be improved
