Could you be the full-time onsite Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator - fixed term in Copenhagen, DK we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project coordination and organizational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll ensure smooth project execution by managing governance, reporting, documentation, and coordination activities, enabling operational discipline and communication across the project lifecycle. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Quality), support internal governance processes, and facilitate communication between stakeholders, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinating the preparation and submission of project reports, ensuring consistency, completeness, and timely delivery,
  • Maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and reporting cycles to support internal governance processes. ,
  • Supporting the maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation,
  • Tracking milestones, obligations, and action logs with stakeholders to ensure progress aligns with acceptance criteria ,
  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes to facilitate communication between internal teams and customers,
  • Managing and maintaining project repositories, SharePoint systems, and document control to ensure accuracy and compliance,
  • Supporting the preparation of customer deliverables and tracking correspondence deadlines,
  • Ensuring compliance with Alstom PMO standards, tools, and templates while identifying gaps and proposing improvements,
  • Coordinating onboarding tasks such as access rights and distribution lists for team members. ,
  • Assisting in drafting and reviewing project communications to ensure alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field (or in progress). ,
  • Experience or understanding of project coordination, governance, or reporting. ,
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint). ,
  • Familiarity with large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects. ,
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills. ,
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. ,
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ,
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. ,
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. ,
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
